A transformative approach to collaborative farming and education for a new industry in THC/CBD farming in New Mexico.

In close collaboration with the founder and the operating director of FreshGrown, I worked to help brand them to position themselves for a new market as the legalization of medical and recreational marijuana laws changed in New Mexico.

The business itself is three-fold as freshgrown is a farm product and service operation itself, it also helps other farms convert to hemp / thc production systems, while being a consultant and resource for education.

The solution was to brand Freshgrown around its core tenants: natural farming, community education, alternative health solutions, and American-based products and jobs. We created a clean and approachable brand system that can work as a framework for its expanding business, products, and community.

With the legalization of the cannabis industry in New Mexico still in it’s early launch, Educating the public and farmers about medical and recreational products and services was key. Creating a simple, yet distinctive visual identity system was developed that resonates with the company’s evolution, designed to fit in a perfect balance between pharmaceutical and lifestyle brand.
